To pay your bill online:

Pay your utility bill online with your debit/credit card or electronic check.

AllPaid accepts Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard and electronic checks.

There is a fee for using the online payment service. The fee is charged by the payment company and the AVCSD receives no compensation from this fee.
